• Whether the temperature is 15 or 30 degree Celsius today, applying a thermostatic system to maintain the ink temperature, which is higher than normal temperature, such as 38 degree Celsius, will make the temperature condition stabilized duting pad printing production process. Reducing a variable makes the control of production process easier.

• In the pad printing process, it is necessary to transfer the ink when the ink is half-dry and half-wet to achieve perfectly complete ink deposit. Therefore, most pad printing cliche depth is set at 0.025mm in the past. With a thermostatic system, the cliche depth can be adjusted to 0.035mm. 

After the pad printing machine is equipped with a thermostatic temperature printing system, the temperature of the cliche/steel plate can be control. By increasing the ink temperature, the complete ink deposit can be maintained constantly.
