Driven by youthful ambition, Mr. Su entered the workforce immediately after graduating from high school. He gained diverse, hands-on experience across multiple fields—working as a courier, a sales representative for beepers, and an industrial thermometer specialist. In 1995, at the age of 26, he joined Guger Industries Co., Ltd. as a sales specialist.
This marked the beginning of his lifelong journey and profound connection with the pad and screen printing industry. Over the next six years of intense dedication, he developed an in-depth understanding of various pad and screen printing machineries and mastered their core technical complexities. With unwavering passion, he focused on delivering optimal, tailored solutions for every client's unique production demands.
Driven by a constant desire to push boundaries and facing a career bottleneck at age 32, Mr. Su recognized it was time for a more proactive life plan—leading him to take the bold path of entrepreneurship.
In June 2002, Fine Cause Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established. Deeply grateful for the enlightenment and mentorship provided by his former employer, Mr. Su initially operated purely as a printing subcontractor. Six years later, realizing the limitations of a subcontracting model, he began planning the design and manufacture of printing machines and consumable materials. Despite the company's small initial scale making it nearly impossible to hire mechanical or electrical control engineers, Mr. Su self-taught mechanical design and PLC automation programming from scratch, building a solid foundation brick by brick.
Through more than a decade of persistent effort, pad and screen printing machines manufactured by Fine Cause are now shipped worldwide, serving an expansive range of industries. Our product line stretches from cost-effective standard equipment to massive automated systems worth over ten million NTD. From traditional manufacturing to advanced medical devices, optics, electronics, and glass panels, Fine Cause has established a strong global presence and continues to earn high acclaim from international clients.
