• 4 independent pad printers. Each printer can be adjusted their base position for better printing performance

• Steel Plate Base w/Adjustable XY-Axis and Angle

• Auto Sensing Entrance Air Pressure. The machine stops and the alarm is activated when it’s below the set value

• Electronic Static eliminator dusting plastic surface before Printing to increase the printing quality

• Use 7 inches color touch panel w/Panasonic PLC Controller

• 60 mm sealed. Ink Cup and 70 x 140 mm special size steel plate

• Hot Air System. Speed up the ink evaporation.

• Special design jig clamping structure may change to other product jigs

• Using Japan DAIDO oilless bearing 

• Vibrating disk/ clamping feeding and pusher positioning fixture

• Automatic discharge fixture with conveyor
