■ Feature:

• The round plate diameter of the index table screen printer: 900mm, divide into quarters (the round plate size can be changed according to your inquiries).

• The height of device is reduced according to customer needs, which is same as the conveyor. The height let the operator easy to load the material.

• With adjustable jig holder, it's able to move forward, backward, left and right; the X-axis, Y-axis, Θ angle is able to be adjusted as well.

• Printing area: 360mm x150mm.

• Use the blowing function before printing to ensure quality.

• The index table screen printer adopts 7.0 inch human–machine (65536 color TFT touch panel) and built in multiple languages, traditional Chinese, English, Indonesian, and Vietnamese.

• Abnormal alarm displays by marquee, which is convenient for production personnel to eliminate abnormalities quickly.

• The index table screen printer adopts Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), which is easy to add or modify functions.

• With PLC, the action program can be customized.

• The cylinder adopts digital control. The screen stencil only need to be lifted slightly after screen printing; then the round plate will rotate immediately, which is fast and accurate.

• The index table screen printer adopts the arm for automatic discharging. And it can be equipped with an infrared conveyor dryer to reduce manpower.(Infrared conveyor dryer is optional equipment)
