Equipped with a high-efficiency vacuum suction bed, it instantly secures thin paper, plastic sheets, glass, and flexible materials to completely eliminate slippage, warping, and misregistration during printing.
Featuring a dual-mode vacuum activation system (Foot Switch / Contact Sensor), the machine significantly enhances operational workflow and efficiency. Combined with FINECAUSE's proprietary Z-axis height adjustment handwheel, operators can quickly adapt to varying workpiece thicknesses without tedious manual leveling, vastly boosting productivity in sample development, short-run production, and precision printing.

- Dual-Mode Vacuum Control System (Smooth & Efficient Operation): Provides two flexible suction activation options to streamline the screen printing process:
- Foot Switch Mode: Turn on the red switch; press the foot pedal once to start vacuum suction, and press again to stop—giving you full manual control.
- Contact Sensor Mode: Equipped with proximity sensors on the screen frame clamp. When lowered, metal contact plates activate vacuum suction automatically; lifting the screen instantly turns off suction for seamless continuous printing.
- High-Power Vacuum Tabletop: Driven by a 1HP (0.75 kW) vacuum blower paired with micro-perforated holes (Ø 1mm diameter with 20mm pitch), providing uniform hold-down force to ensure zero substrate movement during squeegee strokes.
- Z-Axis Handwheel Adjustment Mechanism: FINECAUSE's self-developed elevation structure allows smooth adjustment of screen height and parallelism via a simple handwheel turn—eliminating tedious leveling steps for fast job changeovers.
