Table Adhesive

• The table adhesive is a polyacrylate emulsion, which is specially designed for manual screen printing press because of its brilliant adhesion,  and it makes the cloth easily be removed from the plate without removing the adhesive. On the other hand, the table adhesive also has a level of reusability. The table adhesive has good resistance against water, so it is easy to recover from lack of adhesion by rinsing the plate. After drying itself, the table adhesive will regenerate the adhesion.
• Our table adhesive is a green product which does not contain formalin, APEO or other restricted chemicals or substances that listed in relatively international regulations. Our table adhesive has the ability to pass the EN regulations and meets the envirinmental-protect requirement of the worldwide  renowned companies (e.g. Nike and H&M).

1. Main contents: acrylic copolymer
2. Texture and appearance: white emulsion
3. Adhesion: 8000 ± 1000 cps (at 25℃, LVT#4, 30 rpm)
4. pH: 7.5 ± 1
5. Solid contents: 60% ± 2%

1. Apply the table adhesive for 2-3 times, and each time it needs to be dried again before next gluing. The thinner the better. 
2. Remove residues on the plate before applying new table adhesive.
3. The table adhesive has good hydrophilicity, so it can be mixed with water and applied on the plate.
4. The table adhesive can be removed be vinyl acetate, toluene or xylene.
5. Our table adhesive has brilliant water resistance, therefore, it will not lose the adhesion even rinse the dried film of the adhesive.
