The GMFC700VS2-TW adopts a dual-axis centrifugal motion mechanism (revolution + rotation). It achieves high-efficiency mixing, uniform dispersion, and natural degassing effects through strong centrifugal force, without relying on vacuum.

It is suitable for processing various materials such as pastes, powder-liquid mixing, nano dispersion, and silver paste.
 

Centrifugal Mixing Principles (Revolution + Rotation)

  • Revolution: Creates powerful radial compression force When the container revolves at high speed around the central axis, strong centrifugal force is generated, pushing the material outward and compressing it layer by layer. Components with higher density concentrate toward the outside (container bottom), while lower-density components remain near the surface. This forms natural stratification and an outward squeezing effect, which helps to exclude bubbles in the mixture.

  • Rotation: 45° angled vortex flow, enhances uniformity The simultaneous 45-degree rotation generates a strong vortex within the container. This causes high-viscosity and multi-component materials to flow in intersecting paths, achieving:

    • Faster mixing

    • More uniform dispersion

    • Consistent particle distribution


The revolution/rotation ratio can be adjusted as needed to ensure optimal mixing results for different materials.

The GMFC700VS2-TW Centrifugal Mixer is the pure centrifugal version. If dealing with extremely high-viscosity materials or requiring a higher standard for "completely bubble-free" results, the GMFC700VS-TW Centrifugal Degassing Mixer, which is equipped with a vacuum pump, can be selected.

 

The centrifugal mixer also has a vacuum degassing model, which is faster and delivers better results.

Dual-Container Mixing Design (700 mL × 2)

  • Maximum filling volume is 500 mL per container, with weight up to 700 g.

  • Supports simultaneous processing of two containers.


Two Mixing Modes for Greater Application Flexibility

  • Single-Stage Mode (Simple Mixing) Allows direct setting of: Revolution Speed, Rotation Ratio, and Mixing Time. Suitable for general homogeneous mixing and dispersion applications. Rotation offers two modes: Standard Mode (forward) and Boost Mode (reverse).

  • Multi-Stage Mode (Advanced 10-Stage Parameter Settings) Each stage can be independently set for: Revolution Speed / Rotation Ratio / Time. Typical usage procedure:

    • 1. Pre-mixing Stage: Low-speed gentle mixing for initial blending of powder-liquid or multi-component materials.

    • 2. Intensive Mixing: Mid-stage high speed to fully homogenize the material.

    • 3. Optimization Stage: Lowering revolution/rotation speeds to stabilize the mixed material. This mode can handle the needs of high-viscosity, composite materials, and precise processes.
