FineCause Laser Engraving Service: Labor-only engraving service (material not included). When engraving acrylic, paying special attention to the choice of material is crucial!
Acrylic falls into two distinct categories:
  • Cast Acrylic
  • Extruded Acrylic
The engraving outcomes for these two materials are completely different, especially if you want to achieve a "frosted white engraving effect."

Acrylic Material Breakdown:
CO2 Laser Engraving OEM - Acrylic Laser Engraved Light Base
**Cast Acrylic** is made by pouring liquid monomer into molds. It features a higher cost, superior quality, and greater hardness. It produces a crisp, frosted white engraving finish, making it the most ideal choice!

**Extruded Acrylic** is formed through mass-production mechanical extrusion. It offers lower costs, a slightly softer composition, and excellent thickness uniformity, but its engraving finish tends to remain clear/transparent.

To achieve a frosted white engraving effect → **Recommended Choice: Cast Acrylic Sheets**
When cast acrylic sheets are engraved using a CO2 laser machine, the material's properties cause it to "frost/matte," generating distinct, high-contrast white engraved graphics or text. This makes it exceptionally well-suited for display stands, signage, cultural and creative goods, or artwork.
