Suggested steps below:

• Unload the cliche plate

• Drain the cup

• Clean the inside of the cup

• Clean the outside of the doctoring ring

• Clean the inside of the doctoring ring

• Clean the outside of the cup

Tools:

• Cliche cleaner

• Chopsticks (stick)

• Fabric

Cautions:

After the ink is used, please do not leave it directly in the ink cup. If the remaining ink in the cup is not removed, the residue will deteriorate and damage the quality of the ink cup.

Avoid leaving ink around the doctoring ring, which will gradeform the sealing ring, resulting in incomplete scraping of the doctoring ring. In serious cases, the doctoring ring may be damaged.
