IC Coating Inks

Characteristics:

• This product has no irritating odor, almost no smoke damage during baking and drying, it is an excellent green product, and its excellent filling effect is more than ordinary ink
• The color of the coating is similar after curing
• This product has a good adhesion effect to general metal or non-metal materials (except PP, PE, EVA, rubber, etc.), but the cleanliness of the surface of the coated material (such as oil stains, mold wax or other contaminants, etc.) may directly 

Handling and Storage Conditions:

• Shelf life: 30 days at room temperature; 3 months at 8℃ in fridge; 6 months in freezer
• Operation area: at room temperature
• Application conditions: refrigerated items should be warmed up before use
• Transport conditions: cold chain
• Curing time: Baking at 140℃ within 35 minutes or bakign at 150℃ within 15 minutes, however, note that substrates, coat thickness and baking temperature may effect curing time

Test of Cured film Reliability:

• No peeling with 3M #600 tape test   
• Exterior OK via treatment of IR reflow (infrared reflow furnance) at 300℃
• Exterior OK via dripping strong acid and alkali on the surface in an hour
