RUCOINX 100VR1259 Adhesion Modifier

The 100VR1259 Adhesion Modifier is in a common use of UV screen printing additive.

To improve ink adhesion and scratch resistance on critical substrates, we recommend the addition of varnish (max. 10%) or adhesion modifier (max. 4%) for glass, metal and thermosets (add max. 10%). The quality of pre-treatment must be checked (such as Corona-, flame-, silicate -). A test for suitability must always be carried out before printing.

Antistatic, mould release agents and slip additives may have negative effects on adhesion, and should be detected and removed prior to printing.
